Refund policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help!

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

I also accept cancellations up until the time of fulfillment. If you change your mind before this, you're within your rights to cancel.

Returns postage fees are the customers responsibility.

Please note the following exceptions to this return and refund policy:

  • Discounted, sale, bespoke and custom items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. I will then confirm your request and can advise the best postal method.
  3. Send all items back.

You can also do this from your customer account.

Additional Information:

  • Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • As some of the products in my shop are made to order, if you need to amend your order or cancel these, you must do so within 48 hours of ordering.
  • As soon as I receive your returned item I will process your refund. This can take up to 3 working days to appear back in your account.
  • I can only cover the return shipping fee of faulty/damaged items.
  • I must be notified of damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
